Amber White is a seasoned fitness coach whose journey from combat medic to empowering women through fitness is nothing short of inspiring. Amber served in the US Army for four years as a combat medic and paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division, where she became the first female line medic in her battalion. Her unwavering dedication saw her support over 40 combat operations during her deployment to Afghanistan, serving in high-intensity environments such as Kandahar, Kabul, and Bagram, where she provided critical care to wounded Afghan soldiers and joint forces under Operation Freedom Sentinel.

Amber’s military service not only honed her resilience but sparked a lifelong passion for fitness. Before her time in the Army concluded, she earned her paramedic certification, but ultimately chose to step away from the medical field to pursue her true calling being fitness.

For the past nine years, Amber has channeled her relentless discipline, focus, and sacrifice into becoming the strongest and healthiest version of herself. Her passion for fitness began at a young age through soccer but evolved when she joined the military, determined to prove herself and never be seen as a liability to her male counterparts. It was there that she realized her deeper mission: to empower other women to challenge societal norms and embrace their strength.

Amber now dedicates her life to helping others, particularly women, break free from limiting beliefs and unlock their full potential through fitness. Her approach is rooted in real-world experience, hard-earned discipline, and a fierce commitment to helping her clients become the strongest versions of themselves inside and out.
